To reduce fraudulent use of customer credit cards, all orders are accepted
at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases,
we will ship to any convenient address but we reserve the right to decline
your order if we believe this represents a security risk.
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of
your order however, we will not take payment until your order is ready for
shipment. All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event
that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as
possible.

Prices on golf clubs relate to steel shafted models unless otherwise stated.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Quality is assured at Addicted 2 Golf. Should you experience a problem;
repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with
the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of
purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer
for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.
Returns Policy
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you
complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as
long as it is new and unused or in it's original packaging. Addicted 2 Golf
cannot accept returns on used merchandise, custom fit golf clubs or
personalised items.
Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This
guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of your receipt of the
merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.
Addicted 2 Golf holds no liability (outside the normal warranty given by the
manufacturer) with regard to the return of any wood, purchased by a consumer
which currently conforms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so in the
future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.
Returns Procedure
Please email: sales@addicted2golf.co.uk and detail the goods you wish to
return, reason and your telephone number. You will be contacted as soon as
possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
